Jail system makes no sense

As everyone knows:

  1. There is at least one person who has not commited a crime and gone to jail.
  2. There is at least one person who has commited a crime and gone to jail.
  3. If someone has also commited a crime, they go to jail.

Lets say person A is in variable A, person B is in variable B, person C is in variable C, the jail is in the variable J, and the crime is in the variable D.

A has not done D, so A≠D

B has done D, so B=D

C has done D, so C=D

N=D=J

A≠J

B=D

C=D

D=B

D=C

D=C=B

C=B

Lets say person B was 0, and person C was 1. This would mean that 0=1. Now release everyone from jail or 0=1.

Another proof

Let us define the constants of a world:

  1. There are a nonzero positive finite integer amount of jails.
  2. Each jail can hold a nonzero positive finite integer amount of people.
  3. There are a nonzero positive finite integer amount of people.
  4. The amount of people who have commited a crime is lesser than or equal to the amount of people, and is a nonzero positive finite integer.
  5. Once a person who is not in jail has been accused of a crime by another person that is not in jail, both of them are taken to court.
  6. A judge can only be a person who has not been to jail, and works in a court.
  7. There are a nonzero positive finite integer amount of courts.
  8. A judge will decide whether or not an accused person will go to jail.
  9. Every person is imperfect and are guaranteed to make mistakes some of the time.

This means that:

  1. Once you are in jail, you cannot accuse anyone or become a judge.
  2. A person could avoid getting into jail for crimes by accusing everyone who would accuse them or every judge repeatedly until they go to jail.

In this system, repeated accusations against you will guarantee you in jail, and if someone gives repeated accusations to everyone, they could get away with crimes.

Also, if a malicious judge accuses you, you can also be guaranteed in jail.

The weaknesses of my proof are:

  1. Repeated accusations are known as "double jeopardy" and are disallowed.
  2. It is likely someone will accuse the person before they can accuse everyone else.
  3. You are eventually going to get out of jail and will be able to accuse someone.
  4. There will always be one judge left that can accuse the person and send them to jail.

You are welcome to edit this article and strengthen my proof.
