Incomplete BrainFuck

Incomplete BrainFuck is made by User:Jk.NDC to be functional almost exactly like brainfuck, except it is turing incomplete.

This is achieved via limiting the machine to only do a run a total of 1.2696403e+73 commands or 55!(factorial) before halting, making it practically unchanged, yet definitely incomplete. This also allows for a complicated sophisticated intricate convoluted labyrinthine byzantine confusing enormous halting problem solution, which is shown in python below;
