Higgledy Piggledy Processor

The Higgledy Piggledy (HP) Processor is an Esoteric Processor (or more than one, if one includes the Higgledy Piggledy GPU) designed by user:hppavilion1 of the Zodiac Working Group. It is designed to be an actual, real Esoteric Processor that, if one were so inclined, one could actually construct(though it will most likely only be run as a Virtual Machine).
