Fringespeak
Fringespeak is an interpreted scripting language, whose original interpreter was implemented using YoyoGames' GameMaker Language (GML). It is created for the Fringes of the Empire game produced by Indie game developer Lost Astronaut. One of two languages developed by the company. Fringespeak has rudimentary objects, implicit structures like lists, objects and properties, and global variables. It lets you develop a 2D space shooter game by inserting plot and even making simple on-screen animations by using lookup tables to select from pre-loaded graphics and sound.
