Esme is an esoteric programming language[citation needed] created by User:Dagoth Ur, Mad God as a lol. It consists of only the name Esme, spaces, and exclamation marks. Anything beginning with a | can contain anything and is a comment. The only ASCII allowed is the Hello, world! implementation. If you want more than that, go to Esmefuck.

Examples
esme n: to enter an N shell
HE output
esme esme esme!!!!!!!!!!!!!ESME!ESME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ESME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ESMESMESMESMESMESM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Esme in wikis
The VeeBeeWiki wiki software needs Esme and Perl to run. The software also needs EsmeCSS: and EsoShell: namespaces.
