Cliff L. Biffle

Cliff L. Biffle is the creator of the languages 4DL, Beatnik and HQ9+. From 1998 to 2003 he attended Arizona State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology. 2011, he worked at Google. Since 2017, he is working at X, an organisation, founded by Google.
