that is a previous attempt at reviving ESO.
i have some more ideas though. some more radical than in that thread, some less so.
it's basically purely functional but without monads.
i don't know why.
maybe concatenative.

What about using my language (BRZRK) for ESO? It has the power of LISP while still being esoteric and confusing if needed. I am working on an interpreter for it and it will be done soon.
It's interesting, but not interesting enough for this I don't think.
