This file was deleted, due to copyright violation (please post only public domain files here) (also the picture seem to have one extra dot). I can perhaps also suggest that you might want to make a Famicom order (which is: A B SELECT START UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT) instead; it is simply another kind of ordering for the buttons, although the layout is the same. Here is ASCII version, which I make up myself so it is public domain (numbers are CHIP16 numbers):
