This forum is closed to new posts due to low activity and a deluge of spam. It is kept online as a static historical record. If you want to read about or discuss esoteric programming languages, the Esolang wiki is the place to go. An archive of the forum is available.
I wrote a program in Foobar and Foobaz and Barbaz, oh my! that asks whether the user is a boy or a girl, then tells the user whether he/she is a boy or a girl. However, even the un-redundant-ified version is pretty big (this version consists mostly of output instructions, plus a few instructions that actually do things). Now, the gzipped version is under 700 bytes, but posting a gzip file on a wiki is awkward. Anybody know of a better place to put it?
Well, there are tons of free hosting services. And places where one can upload a file. Can't remember anything in particular, but they do exist.
Either the way, the program sounds interesting! :) I'll try to do some own program when I see how the language works. Is there any interpreter yet?
Interpreter, eh? It's coming... maybe...
If all else fails, email me and I'll add it to the file archive.
Thanks, but I already found some storage space. Sure, it's only 5 MB, but if I only use a kilobyte at a time I probably won't run out too soon.
I added this to the esoteric file archive for you:
http://esoteric.voxelperfect.net/files/ffbom/ <-- in there
I presume that was the file you were talking about.
Link no work. :\
Ah, now it works. Thanks.
