Hi, I just noticed that you left a message on User talk:74.54.156.73. I shall just point out that user talk pages are for talking to that user, rather than about that user. If you want to report an abuser, you're best off getting in touch with an admin such as User:Graue or User:ais523. -- Smjg 00:24, 6 May 2009 (UTC)

On the other hand, feel free to edit an IP talk page to give them a warning. Also, the admins look at every edit anyway, so it doesn't really matter where you put your message if you want an admin to see it (although Graue hasn't been active for ages; asking me or Keymaker is probably a better idea.) --ais523 19:51, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
